Transactional Messages: By providing your phone number and scheduling a service, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your appointment. Frequency: approximately 2–6 messages per appointment cycle.

Marketing Messages: We only send promotional SMS messages to customers who have provided express written consent. Maximum frequency: 4 marketing messages per month.

Opt-Out Instructions: Reply with one of the following keywords to opt out:

• STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE — Unsubscribe from all SMS messages
• HELP — Receive contact information and opt-out instructions

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent transactional messages related to a booked service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling, booking, or using the services of Vasquez Mobile Detailing LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Overview

Vasquez Mobile Detailing LLC provides professional mobile auto detailing services including exterior washing and waxing, interior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, headlight restoration, and related services in West Palm Beach, FL and surrounding areas.

3. Eligibility and Permitted Use

You must be at least 18 years of age to book or authorize services. By scheduling, you represent that you are the vehicle owner or have the owner's express authorization.

4. Estimates

Any pricing provided before an in-person vehicle inspection is an estimate only. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, level of soiling, or additional services required. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.

5. Appointments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee of up to $50. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Membership / Subscription Plan Terms

• Plan Options: Silver ($79/mo — 1 exterior wash & wax), Gold ($149/mo — 1 full detail), Platinum ($229/mo — 2 full details)
• Billing: Plans are billed monthly on the enrollment date. Billing is automatic.
• Auto-Renewal: Plans automatically renew each month until cancelled.
• Cancellation: Contact us at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Late cancellations take effect the following cycle.
• Skip Option: 1 service skip per calendar year, requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance.
• Non-Transferable: Plans apply to a single vehicle unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Vehicle Condition and Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location. Please remove personal valuables prior to service and disclose any known pre-existing damage or special conditions.

8. Pre-Existing Damage Disclaimer

We perform a visual pre-service inspection and document any pre-existing damage before work begins. We are not responsible for damage that was present before our service. Certain conditions may become more visible after detailing.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours of service completion at (833) 551-7583. We will return to address any missed areas at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover pre-existing conditions or normal wear.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vasquez Mobile Detailing LLC's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Personal Property

We are not responsible for any personal items, electronics, money, or other belongings left in the vehicle during service. Please remove all valuables before your appointment.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, images, and materials associated with Vasquez Mobile Detailing LLC are our proprietary intellectual property and may not be used without express written permission.

13. SMS / Text Messaging — A2P Compliance

14. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools for scheduling, CRM, payment processing, and marketing. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vasquez Mobile Detailing LLC, its owner, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.

16. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any customer at our discretion. Outstanding balances remain due regardless of termination.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, pursuant to the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive the right to participate in a class action.

19. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vasquez Mobile Detailing LLC and supersede all prior communications or agreements.
